Chris Getchell

Chris Getchell brings her unique combination of leadership development, product management, M&A, and corporate advisory skills to developing executive talent.  Her topside view of what the Board, C-Suite, and top management teams prioritize drives an executive empathy into the course curriculum.  As CEO, Chris drives strategic partnerships to broaden exposure to Siven Group LLC among industry groups, market players, and career development firms.  Chris works closely with Pete to continuously refine the effectiveness of Siven Group's offerings to executives and organizations as a whole.  She is most interested in hearing from you about what challenges you are facing in finishing your business transformation.  Chris can be reached directly at Chris.Getchell@sivengroup.com

Pete Getchell

Pete Getchell has been finishing transformations for 25+ years as a partner to organizations and their consultant teams.  His greatest passion is building people.  As a long time management consultant, Pete has partnered with Board Members, C-Suites, Steering Committees, Core Teams, Systems Integrators, and the greatest asset - the people doing the day-to-day work of serving customers, making products, managing supply chains, and running the business. Typical project budgets of $50M - $100M. Pete has taken 25+ years of driving transformations over the finish line and has now forged the Siven Group curriculum to move people beyond the platitudes of transformation-speak, and give them fundamentally new skills and tools.  Pete can be reached directly at peter.getchell@sivengroup.com

  • Partner - Navint Consulting - partnered with multi-national clients (revenues $100M to $10B) to co-manage their business transformations.  Several years of consulting for multi-national companies facing global challenges in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. 

  • Navint sold to Globant, SA in 2021 and continued serving $B clients until amicably parting to start Siven Group LLC.

  • Graduated number one in his class from the Barney School of Business, University of Hartford in 1996.
